Who is Eligible for Funding?<\/p>\n

INQA Coaching is aimed at legally independent companies, freelance professionals and non-profit organisations that meet the following conditions:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The company's registered office and workplace is located in Germany.<\/p>\n

The company had at least one full-time employee subject to social security contributions in the last financial year before the start of the consultation (JAE, excluding marginal part-time employees and apprentices; part-time employees are counted proportionally).<\/p>\n

The company meets the SME criteria according to the EU definition (annual turnover less than 50 million EUR or annual balance sheet total less than 43 million EUR, 1-249 employees in annual average).<\/p>\n

The company has been in existence for at least two years (changes in legal form or ownership within the last 5 years can be disregarded).<\/p>\n

In the last 3 tax years, the company has not received more than 200,000 euros in De Minimis aid (De Minimis declaration).<\/p>\n

<\/span>What is the Amount of Funding<\/span>?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Funding is provided for up to 12 consultancy days at 8 hours each, with a maximum daily rate of 1,200 euros net.<\/span><\/p>\n

80% of the consultancy costs are reimbursed, and the company must finance the remaining 20% itself.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Only the consultancy costs of authorised INQA coaches are reimbursed. Hiring subcontractors is not allowed.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Additional costs related to the INQA coach, such as travel expenses, consumables and costs for preparation and follow-up, are not reimbursed. The coach may invoice these separately to the companies, but should inform them of this beforehand.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What is the Duration of the Funding Period?<\/p>\n

The funding period began in July 2023 and will end on 31st December 2027.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

INQA coaching can last up to 7 months if necessary from a business perspective.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, the INQA coaching must be completed within 7 months from the issuance of the INQA coaching voucher. An extension is not possible. Consultation days taken after the funding period expires cannot be reimbursed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The limitation of the funding period aligns with the work phases in INQA coaching, which typically span about 4 months and are intended to be conducted as a focused process. Given potential delays in practical business operations, the funding period is set at 7 months to provide a buffer timeframe.<\/span><\/p>\n
